What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find right products
- 2Interact with customers answering questions and organizing merchandise
- 3Down stock merchandise by finding empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies
- 4Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely customer receipt
- 5Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
- 6Prepare merchandise according to customer needs like paint mixing and wood cutting
- 7Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes
- 8Perform duties requiring prolonged standing sitting and lifting
- 9Minimize lifting requirements to 25lbs
- 10Maintain compliance with safety guidelines for heavy lifting
- 11Follow company policies for workplace conduct and safety standards
Requirements11
- 16 Months Experience using computer inputting accessing modifying outputting information
- 26 Months Experience using retail technology smartphones tablets
- 3Ability to read write basic arithmetic
- 4Perform duties requiring prolonged standing sitting and other activities
- 5Minimum 25lb lifting capacity with or without accommodation
- 6Certification in trade related to building materials
- 7Bilingual skills preferred
- 8Military veteran status encouraged
- 9Preference for candidates with retail customer service background
- 10Commitment to Lowe's growth and community involvement
- 11Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings training or store support
