What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find right products and services for home improvement needs
- 2Interact with customers answering questions and organizing merchandise
- 3Load merchandise and ensure all customer needs are met
- 4Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
- 5Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
- 6Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver best customer service
- 7Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs such as tint and mix paint
- 8Guide customers through shopping or checkout
- 9Minimize lifting tasks up to 75 pounds unassisted or with accommodation
- 10Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- 11Assist with inventory management and shelf restocking
Requirements8
- 16 Months Experience using a computer including inputting accessing modifying outputting information
- 26 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- 3Reading writing and performing basic arithmetic addition subtraction
- 4Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing sitting and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- 5Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- 6Bilingual skills preferred
- 7Certification in trade related to department such as hardware kitchen plumbing electrical lawn and garden lumberbuilding materials
