What You'll Do10
- 1Welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs
- 2Interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and organize merchandise
- 3Load merchandise and ensure all customer needs are met
- 4Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
- 5Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
- 6Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
- 7Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
- 8Guide customers through shopping or checkout
- 9Minimize lifting tasks up to 75 pounds
- 10Perform duties that may require prolonged standing sitting and other activities necessary to perform job duties
Requirements8
- 16 Months Experience using a computer including inputting accessing modifying or outputting information
- 26 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- 3Reading writing and performing basic arithmetic addition and subtraction
- 4Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing sitting and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- 5Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- 6Bilingual skills
- 7Certification in trade related to department
