Full Time Sales Associate Outside Lawn & Garden Day Raleigh North Carolina Onsite Payroll
What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs
- 2Interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and organize merchandise
- 3Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
- 4Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
- 5Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
- 6Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs such as tint and mix paint
- 7Guide customers through shopping or checkout
- 8Minimum qualifications include six months experience using a computer and retail technology like smartphones and tablets
- 9Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing sitting and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- 10Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- 11Preference for candidates with retail or customer service experience bilingual skills certification in trade related to department
Requirements11
- 1Six months experience using a computer including input accessing modifying or outputting information
- 2Six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- 3Reading writing and performing basic arithmetic addition subtraction
- 4Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing sitting and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- 5Minimal lifting ability of 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
- 6Strong communication skills and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 7Commitment to safety and adherence to all Lowe's policies and procedures
- 8Willingness to work in diverse environments and adapt to changing store needs
- 9Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 10Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- 11Valid driver's license if required for certain roles
