What You'll Do9
- 1Greet customers with eye contact and a smile while offering trend-aware styling advice
- 2Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to propose appropriate apparel and accessory options
- 3Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience by facilitating engaging conversations
- 4Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining professional conversation with customers
- 5Cross-train across store areas to support seamless operations and customer service
- 6Maintain attention to detail in merchandising and brand knowledge across products
- 7Support members of the Exchange team with a welcoming, helpful attitude
- 8Adapt to evolving technology needs and processes used at the point of sale
- 9Provide excellent communication and collaboration with teammates to meet customer expectations
