You will own the installation of custom pull-out drawer systems in client homes across the Twin Cities, bringing designs to life with precision and craftsmanship. What You'll Do8
- 1Install custom pull-out drawers and organizational solutions in residential cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish.
- 2Read and interpret installation plans and measurements, adapting to on-site conditions as needed.
- 3Manage your daily schedule and job-site logistics, including loading and transporting materials and tools.
- 4Communicate professionally with clients, explaining the installation process and addressing any questions with patience.
- 5Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges, using problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 6Represent the Art of Drawers brand through punctuality, neat appearance, and courteous behavior.
- 7Sell additional organizational solutions to clients, leveraging your on-site presence and product knowledge.
- 8Complete installation paperwork and photo documentation for each job.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of carpentry experience, with proficiency in using a toolbox, drill, and level.
- 21+ years of construction experience, preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle large enough to transport materials to job sites.
- 4Own basic handyman tools necessary for installation work.
- 5Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds, and work in confined spaces like cabinets.
- 6Comfort working independently in client homes, managing your own schedule and workload.
- 7Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.
