Overview
You will own every kitchen install from start to finish, completing remodels in three days with a one-man process. Finish Carpentry skills and Cabinet Installation expertise are at the core of this role. You handle the install while the company manages customer relationships, delivering materials and project plans to your warehouse. What You'll Do8
- 1Install kitchen cabinets and trim carpentry with precision, completing each remodel in three days.
- 2Pick up materials from our warehouse, deliver to the job site, and install them per guidelines.
- 3Own the entire installation process, from prep to final finish, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- 4Manage your schedule to maximize earnings while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- 5Collaborate with project managers to address any on-site issues.
- 6Complete all installations safely, following company protocols and local codes.
- 7Maintain your van/truck and tools to ensure they are ready for each job.
- 8Document completed work and report progress to the operations team.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in finish carpentry or cabinet installation.
- 2Proven experience with cabinet making and woodworking.
- 3Fully equipped with a van/truck and tools.
- 4Valid driver's license.
- 5Carry general liability insurance under your own business.
- 6Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- 7Reliable transportation to our warehouse for material pickup.
