What You'll Do8
- 1Install Blum undermount drawer slides and Rev-A-Shelf products with precision, ensuring smooth operation and durability
- 2Measure and assess cabinet spaces to plan custom drawer installations, using laser levels and calipers for accuracy
- 3Deliver exceptional craftsmanship by fitting drawers to exact tolerances, sanding edges, and adjusting hardware for perfect alignment
- 4Manage job-site logistics, including loading tools and materials into your vehicle and navigating to client homes in the Nashville area
- 5Communicate with clients courteously, explaining installation processes and answering questions to foster trust and satisfaction
- 6Troubleshoot and solve on-site installation challenges, adapting to varying cabinet conditions while maintaining speed and quality
- 7Complete installations within scheduled timeframes, adhering to safety standards and leaving workspaces clean
- 8Document completed work and collect client signatures for service verification, maintaining accurate records
Requirements8
- 110+ years of carpentry experience, with a proven track record in cabinetry and finishing
- 2Hands-on experience with Blum undermount rails and Rev-A-Shelf products
- 3Valid driver's license and a vehicle large enough to transport materials to job sites
- 4Located near Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, or Hendersonville, TN
- 5Successfully complete a three-day training program in Marietta, GA at your own expense (sessions in Aug or Sept)
- 6Contractor-friendly mindset with your own tools, including drill, level, and toolbox
- 7Desired: Handyman License
- 8People-oriented attitude with attention to detail and a craftsman's touch
