Custodian, Janitorial & Housekeeping
Overview
You will own cleaning and maintenance across office and production facilities in Salt Lake City, keeping operations safe and welcoming. As part of the PDS Tech Commercial team, you'll work the 3rd shift (SUN-TH 10PM-6:30AM) alongside a crew that values reliability and attention to detail. What You'll Do7
- 1Clean and maintain interior spaces including offices, restrooms, and production areas.
- 2Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing floors, and washing walls and windows.
- 3Replenish supplies in washrooms and lavatories (toilet paper, soap, towels).
- 4Remove litter, empty trash bins, and recycle paper, cans, and bottles.
- 5Change light bulbs, unclog toilets, and monitor compactor and recycling bins.
- 6Read and follow work orders and safety instructions.
- 7Perform basic repairs as needed.
Requirements7
- 1Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
- 2Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and operating cleaning equipment.
- 3Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures.
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 51+ years in custodial or janitorial roles (preferred).
- 6Familiarity with industrial or production facility cleaning standards (preferred).
- 7Basic repair skills and mechanical aptitude (preferred).
