- 1Own and execute Culture & Belonging initiatives at scale across DTNA
- 2Develop and implement programs training recruiting and employee experience efforts
- 3Consult on improving organizational environment fostering inclusive innovation
- 4Align DTNA efforts with global affiliates and C&B Manager from Daimler Truck
- 5Create metrics for desired outcomes culturally appropriate for various regions
- 6Drive workforce analytics translation into strategic business recommendations
- 7Provide coaching to EBRG team leads nationwide
- 8Organize C&B programs events such as Day of Understanding and Our People Awards
- 9Consult internally and externally to develop education platforms
- 10Represent DTNA on Global C&B Advisory Board
- 11Ensure compliance with company and legal standards for C&B efforts
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree from accredited school with 5+ years experience in enterprise culture or workforce initiatives
- 2Proven experience leading C&B topics within business environment
- 3Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead direct reports
- 4Excellent presentation skills and ability to interpret workforce metrics
- 5Experience consulting with senior leaders on organizational challenges
- 6Knowledge of employment practices and employee lifecycle strategies
- 7Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
- 8Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office 1 remote day per week
