  • 10Generate HR metrics dashboards and support decision making

  • 12Track action items for cross-functional People & Culture projects

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building HR systems with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading HR teams or initiatives
  • 35+ years experience with ADP and Microsoft 365
  • 4California employment law knowledge and HR certification preferred
  • 5Proficiency in payroll and benefits administration tools
  • 6Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • 7Experience with recruitment and performance management processes
  • 8Familiarity with compensation structures and leave administration
  • 9Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • 10Commitment to diversity inclusion and workplace collaboration
  • 11Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
