What You'll Do9
- 1Assemble install wire commission Morgan industrial overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide
- 2Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes
- 3Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems including AC and DC components
- 4Work in field-based environments including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities
- 5Safely operate at heights and heavy equipment in varying weather conditions
- 6Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards
- 7Travel 75–90% of the time including overnight stays
- 8Pass background check and drug screening
- 9Coordinate with teams to ensure innovation comes standard with every order
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 23–5 years of experience in crane service maintenance or related field
- 3Welding experience is a plus
- 4Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
- 5Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments such as micrometers
- 6Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 7Age 21 years or older
- 8Preferred skills in one or more areas: millwright iron work pipefitting electrical meters basic machining basic welding basic rigging
