What You'll Do6
- 1Build and implement conflict management strategies tailored to individual students and measurable outcomes within 90 days.
- 2Meet with students to identify root causes of conflicts and promote constructive dialogue among involved parties.
- 3Mediate disputes between students, staff, and other parties to facilitate resolution and positive behavior.
- 4Develop proactive support plans to prevent recurring conflicts and support student growth.
- 5Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to create a supportive environment for conflict prevention and resolution.
- 6Maintain accurate records of conflicts, interventions, and outcomes to inform ongoing support efforts.
Requirements3
- 1Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
- 2Holds or is pursuing a license as a mental health care professional i e LSW LCSW LPC or LMFT
- 3Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Word PowerPoint and Excel
