Corporate Trainer, LMS & Employee Development in Electric Construction
Overview
Own the design delivery of training programs across the organization from onboarding through department specific skill development. Manage training content and records in the LMS and serve as primary instructor or coordinator with subject matter experts. Contribute to a culture of employee growth in a 100% employee-owned company.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design, develop, and deliver training programs supporting onboarding SOP adoption and department skill development lms training content
- 2Create and maintain training materials curricula and syllabi with subject matter experts for programs requiring specialized knowledge
- 3Conduct training sessions workshops and demonstrations to support employee skill acquisition and development
- 4Track and maintain all internal and external training records and certifications through the LMS
- 5Monitor training effectiveness through assessments needs analyses and feedback and adjust programs as needed
- 6Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to support employee growth and career development
- 7Ensure training programs align with SOPs standards and regulatory requirements
- 8Collaborate with departments to schedule trainings and coordinate with instructors
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in education human resources business administration or related field
- 2Four (4) years of experience developing and implementing training programs
- 3Master's degree preferred
- 4Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training-tracking technologies
- 5Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal skills
