Lead day-to-day security operations for OpenAI's San Francisco office. You will develop and manage physical security measures, support international offices, and collaborate on events and partnerships. This role requires 4–5 days in the office weekly. Requirements8
- 110+ years in corporate or vendor security with 5+ years in law enforcement or military
- 2Degree in English communication or related field
- 3Experience managing vendor security teams
- 4Understanding of access control surveillance and intrusion detection systems
- 5Track record of selecting and managing security vendors
- 6Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 7Proficiency in creating and executing SOPs
- 8Comfortable adapting to dynamic environments and emerging threats
