Corporate Sales Representative at CR Fitness leading Crunch Fitness franchises, driving B2B sales across multiple clubs and markets. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain strong relationships with Perks Partners and ensure ongoing engagement
- 2Proactively generate leads via calls, visits, emails, and networking to drive new corporate deals
- 3Execute local and corporate marketing efforts for assigned locations (approx 4-8 clubs)
- 4Represent Crunch at chamber events, health fairs, and corporate wellness days
- 5Train internal club staff on the Corporate Wellness Program and ensure proper execution
- 6Accurately track and submit daily/weekly lead and sales activity in VFP
- 7Ensure 5-pack corporate deals are processed and followed up on with excellence
- 8Maintain a professional club-level presence with stocked marketing materials and staffed events
- 9Consistently source new outreach opportunities to expand reach
- 10Own your numbers; meet and exceed sales goals with full accountability
Requirements6
- 1Prior B2B, D2D, or field sales experience required
- 2Proven success in a goal-driven and fast-paced sales environment
- 3Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- 4A competitive, outgoing personality with a relentless desire to win
- 5Ability to quickly adapt and solve problems on the fly
