What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the Cornerstone technical implementation workstream using agile delivery, from discovery through deployment.
- 2Define user journeys and user stories to design and build Cornerstone integrations using API, xAPI, and flat file integrations.
- 3Configure the Cornerstone application across technical and data conversion areas, facilitating stakeholder reviews in joint design sessions.
- 4Gather technical and data requirements, document current-state operations, and identify value drivers for learning and workforce transformation.
- 5Develop data migration, conversion, and technical integration plans, managing milestones, scope, budget, and risks.
- 6Manage project or workstream deliverables, tracking progress to milestones and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- 7Coordinate with client stakeholders to validate technical solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
- 8Support testing and go-live activities, including SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and stabilization for 200+ users.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 24+ years of experience in Cornerstone implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversion.
- 34+ years of experience leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder governance.
- 4Experience leading 2+ Cornerstone implementations.
- 5Experience building 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID tracking.
- 6Experience managing 6+ workstreams and tracking progress to milestone adherence.
- 7Experience completing 2+ Galaxy/Legacy Cornerstone implementations from design through go-live and 30-90 day stabilization.
- 8Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on client needs.
- 9Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
