Technical Senior Consultant, Cornerstone Implementation
Overview
You will lead the Cornerstone technical implementation workstream from discovery through deployment, driving design, build, and test phases. You will define user journeys, configure the application, and manage data migration and integrations. Working within Deloitte's Human Capital practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform workforce experiences. This role requires 5+ years of Cornerstone implementation expertise and strong project leadership. You will tackle complex workforce challenges, aligning talent strategies with client visions, and making work better for humans.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the Cornerstone technical implementation workstream through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using agile methodology.
- 2Define user journeys and user stories to support the design and build of Cornerstone integrations, leveraging API, xAPI, and flat file integrations.
- 3Configure the application across technical and data conversion areas, facilitating stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions.
- 4Gather technical and data requirements, document current-state learning operations, and identify value drivers for workforce transformation.
- 5Develop data migration and integration implementation plans, managing milestones, scope, budget, and risks across the project.
- 6Build and sustain professional relationships, providing clear guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- 7Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality work product.
Requirements10
- 14+ years of experience in Cornerstone implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversion.
- 24+ years of experience leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder governance.
- 34+ years of Big 4 consulting experience.
- 4Experience leading 2+ Cornerstone implementations.
- 5Experience building 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID tracking.
- 6Experience managing 6+ workstreams and tracking progress to milestone adherence.
- 7Experience completing 2+ Galaxy/Legacy Cornerstone implementations from design through go-live and stabilization, including integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, and training for 200+ users.
- 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 9Ability to travel 0-50% on average, based on client and industry needs.
- 10Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
