Overview
Own the technical implementation workstream for Cornerstone at Deloitte's Human Capital practice, driving discovery through deployment for enterprise clients. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead the Cornerstone technical implementation workstream through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using agile delivery.
- 2Define user journeys and user stories to support design and build of Cornerstone integrations using API, xAPI, and flat file integrations.
- 3Configure the application across technical and data conversion areas, facilitating stakeholder reviews in joint design sessions.
- 4Gather technical and data requirements, documenting current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identify value drivers.
- 5Develop data migration, conversion, and technical integration implementation plans, managing milestones, scope, budget, and risks.
- 6Build 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID tracking.
- 7Manage 6+ workstreams, tracking progress to milestone adherence and ensuring on-time delivery.
- 8Complete 2+ Galaxy or Legacy Cornerstone implementations from design through go-live and 30-90 day stabilization.
- 9Deliver training and change management for 200+ users during go-live and stabilization phases.
Requirements10
- 14+ years of experience in Cornerstone implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversion.
- 24+ years leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risks, weekly status reporting, and stakeholder governance.
- 34+ years of Big 4 consulting experience.
- 4Experience leading 2+ Cornerstone implementations.
- 5Experience building 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID tracking.
- 6Experience managing 6+ workstreams and tracking progress to milestone adherence.
- 7Experience completing 2+ Galaxy or Legacy Cornerstone implementations from design through go-live and 30-90 day stabilization, including integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and training.
- 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 9Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
- 10Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
