CORE Site Manager - Oakland
Overview
The CORE Site Manager oversees the Center of Reentry Excellence program in Oakland. This role leads site operations and ensures participant outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders and staff. It is ideal for Alameda County residents and formerly incarcerated individuals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and maintain business partnerships to support program delivery
- 2Manage multi-service team including resource planning and performance metrics
- 3Supervise daily jobsite activities and enforce safety protocols
- 4Communicate complex information verbally and in writing to diverse audiences
- 5Coordinate grant-funded programs to achieve multiple outcomes
- 6Collaborate with Rubicon teams and external partners for program fidelity
- 7Analyze performance metrics and respond appropriately
- 8Design, implement, or evaluate direct service programs
- 9Document procedures and develop reports for compliance
- 10Supervise staff development and conduct weekly check-ins
- 11Promote trauma informed care and cultural responsiveness
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in business statistics or quality assurance
- 3Three years experience designing or evaluating direct service programs
- 4Proficiency with AWS Certified certification
- 5Understanding of Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing
- 6Experience with Kubernetes and React frameworks
- 7Ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements
- 8Strong knowledge of Alameda County demographics
- 9Commitment to anti-racist organizational practices
- 10Experience with E-Verify employment verification
- 11Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes environments
Salary Insight
$74 - $81k per year
