Overview
ASCE seeks a motivated Coordinator, Technical Programs to support the Structural Engineering Institute and its network of volunteers, committees, and technical initiatives serving over 30,000 structural engineers worldwide.
What You'll Do8
- 1Support committees, task groups, and volunteer leaders in executing projects and initiatives
- 2Coordinate meetings, events, webinar logistics, and volunteer activities
- 3Track project timelines, deliverables, and committee activities
- 4Assist in planning and delivering webinars, workshops, short courses, and professional development programs
- 5Develop technical reports, publications, presentations, and other professional resources
- 6Maintain program records, databases, surveys, and reporting information
- 7Collaborate across SEI and ASCE to support member engagement and program success
- 8Contribute to special projects and initiatives across SEI and other technical groups as assigned

- 8Experience through internships, volunteer leadership, project coordination, event support, customer service, nonprofits, associations, or educational organizations is a plus
