Overview
Creative energetic individual to lead family faith formation at St. Isidore Parish. The Coordinator will design monthly family ministry gatherings for children in grades 1-7 and their parents while recruiting and training volunteers. This benefit-eligible role requires strong time management skills and a passion for evangelizing families of faith.
What You'll Do5
- 1Design and plan monthly family ministry gatherings for children in grades 1-7 and their parents
- 2Recruit support and train volunteers for curriculum design group facilitation and logistics
- 3Lead monthly ministry gatherings as a catechist or supervisor
- 4Ensure child safety compliance and maintain participant database in ParishSoft
- 5Assist with annual faith formation registrations and attend RCAB and parish staff meetings
Requirements5
- 1Minimum five years experience in parish faith formation as a Catechist
- 2Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing
- 3Bachelor's degree in theology ministry or related field
- 4Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
