Overview

Lead events and member support for NGA, delivering top-tier experiences for members, sponsors, and partners at scale. You will support event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, and business development activities across a fast-paced environment. This role blends behind-the-scenes logistics with hands-on member interaction and on-site execution. You’ll collaborate with membership, events, and development teams to drive value and ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build event and sponsorship operations plans to meet deadlines and milestones
  • 2Design and produce event materials and collateral including signage badges and speaker materials
  • 3Ship and inventory event materials and coordinate logistics for NGA meetings and events
  • 4Administer sponsorship fulfillment from registration to asset collection hotel logistics and recognition
  • 5Track sponsor deliverables and follow up on outstanding materials and deadlines
  • 6Coordinate with internal teams to execute sponsor and attendee commitments accurately
  • 7Support registration attendee communications and general event administration
  • 8Provide on-site support at NGA events to ensure a professional attendee experience
  • 9Advise on process improvements to enhance member satisfaction and event outcomes
  • 10Collaborate with membership events and development teams to maximize value for members and sponsors

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in event management hospitality business administration communications or related field preferred
  • 21–3 years of experience in event coordination membership services association management hospitality or related field preferred
  • 3Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • 4Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • 5Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • 6Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • 7Experience with CRM or association management systems is a plus
  • 8Willingness to travel and support on-site event execution as needed
