Own front office operations and event support for a university school with a focus on customer service and process management. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage travel and expense workflows including SSTTravel and SSTEvents
  • 2Design and oversee front desk operations and customer service touchpoints for the school
  • 3Lead room reservations for SST control spaces and manage facility maintenance requests
  • 4Ship event logistics from planning through post-event reconciliation and budget tracking
  • 5Own safety compliance documentation and administrative reporting for events and operations
  • 6Hard monitor and respond to multiple deadlines while supporting evening and weekend events
  • 7Drive IT coordination for campus systems and event-related transactions in Workday
  • 8Coordinate equipment, catering, décor and other event necessities to ensure successful executions
  • 9Manage mailing lists and communications related to campus and community partners
  • 10Scale administrative operations to support growth and school initiatives

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma and two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
  • 2Experience with ASU systems such as Workday and Concur
  • 3Knowledge of event planning and promotion in higher education
  • 4Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 5Experience maintaining budgets and financial paperwork for events
  • 6Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • 7Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • 8Availability for some evening and weekend events
  • 9Proficiency with administrative software and office equipment
  • 10Familiarity with safety and compliance practices in an office setting
