Administrative Support Coordinator, Student Rights & Responsibilities
Overview
Own front office operations and support investigative processes for student rights and responsibilities at ASU Tempe campus. Support may include managing a caseload of low level conduct concerns and assisting with boards such as Residential Review Board and Greek Review Board. Collaborate across departments to foster an environment of respectful discourse and thoughtful engagement. This role blends administrative coordination with case support and program design.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage front office operations including correspondence and forms
- 2Assist investigators by monitoring case progress and preparing written reports
- 3Communicate sensitive information in a trauma informed manner
- 4Prepare regularly scheduled reports and confidential communications
- 5Assist with educational interventions and administrative actions for students
- 6Coordinate and maintain records for investigations and letters
- 7Support boards and committees and related housing or student organization processes
- 8Deliver presentations and training materials to groups
- 9Use computers to input, review, and retrieve information
- 10Collaborate across departments to support program design and evaluation
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or equivalent combination
- 2Experience with student rights and responsibilities or related student conduct
- 3Knowledge of FERPA, Title IX, Clery and related laws and regulations
- 4Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- 7Experience with PeopleSoft, Maxient or similar systems
- 8trauma-informed communication and investigation support experience
