What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production delivery and service schedules
- 2Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning meeting outlined standards and ensuring food is at the correct temperature
- 3Taste all prepared food items and use established ticket collection procedures during service
- 4Maintain high cleanliness standards in the kitchen and store or discard excess food following safe handling procedures
- 5Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed and assist in production planning record keeping and reporting
- 6Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies and report maintenance issues to the supervisor
- 7Attend in-service and safety meetings and maintain personal and team safety commitment
- 8Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to HACCP standards and company policies
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud knowledge beneficial
- 5Pay range $23.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour
