Overview
We are seeking a skilled cook to lead food preparation at our Palo Alto location. This full time role offers competitive pay between $25.00 and $27.00 per hour. You will ensure quality meals are served while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and instructions
- 2Serve meals or prepare for delivery with proper portioning and temperature control
- 3Taste all prepared food items to maintain quality standards
- 4Use established ticket collection procedures during service
- 5Maintain clean kitchen areas and follow HACCP guidelines
- 6Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as directed
- 7Assist with production planning and record keeping
- 8Report equipment issues to supervisors immediately
- 9Attend safety meetings and maintain professional relationships with coworkers
- 10Follow company policies regarding personal safety and proper lifting techniques
- 11Ensure food storage and disposal comply with safety regulations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Previous Indian cuisine cooking experience required
- 3Ability to handle medium weight cut gloves when using knives or peelers
- 4Knowledge of proper glove usage for hot pan handling
- 5Commitment to maintaining slip-resistant footwear and safe lifting practices
