What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production delivery and service schedules
- 2Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning meeting outlined standards ensuring food is at correct temperature and tasty
- 3Taste all prepared food items and follow established ticket collection procedures during service
- 4Maintain clean kitchen after preparation and serving storing excess food safely per procedures
- 5Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
- 6Assist in production planning record keeping and reporting
- 7Help order and receive food and supplies report needed maintenance faulty equipment or accidents to supervisor immediately
- 8Attend in-service and safety meetings maintain good working relationships with coworkers customers administrators and managers
- 9Perform job safely while maintaining clean safe work environment
- 10Ensure proper presentation portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- 11Adhere to company policies including glove usage mitts fryer gloves slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2No experience necessary willing to train
- 3Requirement is flexible
- 4Florida Level 2 background screening
