We are seeking a dedicated PREP COOK to lead kitchen operations at our Intel RA4 Cafe location. This full‑time role involves managing daily production schedules and ensuring high‑quality food service while collaborating with a strong team. What You'll Do11
- 1Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
- 2Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- 3Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- 4Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- 5Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
- 6Store label and date all food items according to policy
- 7Follow HACCP guidelines to maintain safety and compliance
- 8Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- 9Serve customers efficiently and friendily at multiple stations
- 10Resolve customer concerns promptly
- 11Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in foodservice environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 55+ years experience with data tools
