What You'll Do9
- 1Grill high-quality food items per standardized recipes for breakfast and lunch service.
- 2Portion and plate meals, maintaining taste, temperature, and presentation standards.
- 3Taste prepared items to ensure flavor and quality.
- 4Manage ticket collection and service records during peak hours.
- 5Clean kitchen and equipment after service, following HACCP standards.
- 6Store and discard excess food per safe-handling procedures.
- 7Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
- 8Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory of food and supplies.
- 9Report maintenance issues or accidents to supervisor immediately.
Requirements5
- 15+ years of grill cooking experience required.
- 2ServeSafe or HACCP certification preferred.
- 3Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 4Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- 5Work schedule includes days from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
