Overview
Lead food preparation in a high standard kitchen at Fidelity in Salt Lake City. You’ll own daily cooking tasks, from recipe execution to portion control, ensuring meals meet safety and quality guidelines. You’ll work with a team of cooks and supervisors, receiving hands-on training and contributing to a positive foodservice culture.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build high quality menu items according to standardized recipes and timing constraints
- 2Design and portion meals to meet service schedules while maintaining correct temperatures and attractive presentation
- 3Lead safety and cleanliness by maintaining sanitation standards and proper storage practices
- 4Cook and prepare ingredients, tastes and adjust seasoning as needed to ensure consistent quality
- 5Maintain accurate records from service periods and participate in inventory, ordering and receiving as required
- 6Assist in production planning, reporting, and maintaining HACCP compliance
- 7Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and report faults promptly
- 8Attend safety meetings and contribute to a safe work environment
- 9Collaborate with coworkers and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- 3Full-time schedule Monday through Friday day and evening shifts
