Overview
Own multi-entity accounting and payroll finance for a Phoenix based organization with active CPA license and NetSuite expertise. Lead GAAP reporting, audits, and month end close across multiple entities in a payroll service/PEO context. Collaborate with leadership to drive data driven decisions and optimize financial processes in a high transaction environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own month end close and GAAP financial reporting for multiple entities
- 2Lead audit preparation and respond to auditor requests to ensure clean opinions
- 3Manage bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and general ledger across entities
- 4Oversee payroll accounting, payroll taxes, and intercompany transactions
- 5Drive process improvements and financial analysis to support leadership decisions
- 6Maintain NetSuite ERP modules including GL, AP, AR, and saved searches
- 7Coordinate multi-state payroll tax compliance and benefits related accounting
- 8Reconcile intercompany accounts and support annual financial statements
- 9Prepare audit ready workpapers and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements5
- 1Active CPA license in Arizona
- 2Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 35+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2-3 years in a senior role
- 4Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and month end close
- 5Experience with bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and GL management
