What You'll Do9
- 1Manage all phases of the federal procurement lifecycle from acquisition planning to closeout
- 2Develop acquisition strategies and prepare solicitations SOWs J&As and evaluation documentation
- 3Apply FAR DFARS and DoD policies to ensure regulatory compliance throughout procurement activities
- 4Conduct cost and price analysis of vendor proposals and evaluate pricing structures
- 5Support source selection activities and manage procurement data for strategic decisions
- 6Collaborate with program managers contracting officers and legal counsel to resolve complex challenges
- 7Utilize PD2 or equivalent systems to maintain procurement records and track contract administration
- 8Provide guidance on procurement procedures and communicate status updates to internal teams
- 9Analyze procurement data to support negotiation strategies and acquisition recommendations
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 5 years federal procurement experience
- 2Strong knowledge of FAR DFARS and DoD acquisition directives
- 3Proven experience managing complete procurement lifecycles
- 4Expertise in price and cost analysis for federal procurements
- 5Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and procurement desktop defense systems
- 7Experience with simplified acquisitions competitive procurements and task order management
- 8FAC-C or DAWIA contracting certification preferred
- 9Knowledge of contract closeout and administration processes
