Proactive recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare providers across multiple states. This fully remote role creates and maintains job postings while sourcing candidates. What You'll Do11
- 1Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare provider positions across multiple states
- 2Create and maintain job postings in ATS and on Indeed ZipRecruiter LinkedIn
- 3Source screen and engage qualified candidates
- 4Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers
- 5Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
- 6Prepare and extend employment offers
- 7Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide weekly recruitment pipeline updates
- 8Represent Ennoble Care professionally while delivering exceptional candidate experience
- 9Demonstrate core values of compassion teamwork respect integrity accountability and quality service
- 10Serve as point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries
- 11Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements11
- 13–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2Minimum 3–4 years of provider recruitment experience
- 3Experience recruiting physicians nurse practitioners physician assistants preferred
- 4Knowledge of healthcare industry or strong desire to learn
- 5Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System preferred
- 6Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- 7Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- 8Proficiency in email phone and text message communication
- 9Excellent time management and organizational skills
- 10Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases
- 11Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
