Contract Administrator - Construction
Overview
We seek a Contract Administrator to lead supplier contract execution and management for multiple Category Leaders. This role drives ownership of contract lifecycle activities and ensures compliance across construction procurement processes. What You'll Do10
- 1Coordinate preparation review execution amendments renewals and storage of supplier contracts and Statements of Work
- 2Manage contract routing approvals and governance processes
- 3Maintain accurate contract records in SAP Ariba and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
- 4Monitor contract expiration dates renewals milestones and notice periods
- 5Support contract closeout activities and documentation retention
- 6Partner with Category Leaders to support sourcing events and contract implementation
- 7Coordinate supplier onboarding and contract activation activities
- 8Ensure compliance with procurement policies supplier risk insurance and governance requirements
- 9Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management teams to resolve contract issues
- 10Generate reports on contract status renewals sourcing activities and procurement metrics
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2+ years of construction contract administration and negotiation experience
- 2Strong understanding of construction terminology
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- 4Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills
- 5Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 6Experience with SAP Ariba or Contract Lifecycle Management systems
- 7Knowledge of utility industry procurement and contracting practices
