- 1Partner with senior leadership to design Lean transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals
- 2Lead value stream analyses and Kaizen events across departments
- 3Facilitate development of standard work and visual management systems
- 4Coach leaders and frontline teams on Lean thinking and daily management practices
- 5Develop training programs on Lean tools such as 5S A3 VSM Kanban PDCA root cause analysis
- 6Conduct assessments to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste
- 7Support creation of KPIs and dashboards measuring process performance and Lean maturity
- 8Monitor progress and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- 9Promote culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem solving
- 10Develop Lean immersion programs and collaborate on operating system implementation
- 11Facilitate cross-functional alignment and remove transformation barriers
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering Operations or related field
- 215+ years experience in operations leadership
- 310+ years experience in Lean transformation or continuous improvement
- 4Lean Six Sigma Black belt or equivalent certification
- 5Proven track record coaching leaders through enterprise-level Lean initiatives
- 6Experience driving transformational change in operations and back-office environments
