Overview
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Cardiac Rhythm Management medical device distribution center in Roseville MN. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce lead times and improve warehouse efficiency
- 2Conduct root cause analysis and execute corrective action plans
- 3Collaborate with inbound outbound and value-added services teams to optimize processes
- 4Utilize DMAIC A3 and SPC tools to solve operational challenges
- 5Support labor forecasting and capacity planning initiatives
- 6Perform Gage R&R studies and establish standard work procedures
- 7Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance product flow and safety standards
- 8Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and internal policies
- 9Analyze large datasets and present findings to senior leadership
- 10Facilitate training sessions on Lean methodologies and operational best practices
- 11Develop and monitor performance metrics to track improvement outcomes
Requirements11
- 1Associate Degree with minimum 13 years of relevant experience
- 2Minimum 1 year of experience in regulated manufacturing or distribution environments
- 3Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies
- 4Familiarity with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Visio
- 5Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- 6Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- 7Experience with workforce planning and capacity modeling
- 8Understanding of OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- 9Regulatory knowledge including FDA requirements
- 10Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
