What You'll Do9
- 1Lead Operational Excellence initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to improve quality delivery cost and performance
- 2Partner with Manufacturing Quality Engineering and Operations teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- 3Facilitate value stream mapping Kaizen events root cause investigations and structured problem-solving activities to reduce waste and improve capability
- 4Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends measure results and drive data-driven decisions
- 5Develop and implement standardized work visual management systems and process controls to improve consistency and efficiency
- 6Lead cross-functional improvement projects from opportunity identification through implementation and sustainment
- 7Coach and train teams on Lean Six Sigma tools to build organizational capability
- 8Ensure process improvements comply with quality system regulatory and business requirements
- 9Maintain mobility and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience or Master's degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience or PhD with 0 years relevant experience
- 2Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with proven improvement project leadership
- 3Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions
- 4Strong facilitation and leadership skills for Kaizen root cause analysis and improvement events
- 5Ability to develop and deliver training on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- 6Solid understanding of process mapping value stream analysis and performance measurement systems
- 7Strong project management and change management capabilities
- 8Physical mobility required for office role duties
