Continuous Improvement & AI Automation Lead
Overview
Own enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation across operations, customer success, compliance, sales, finance, and engineering. Redesign workflows and implement UiPath, Power Automate, and AI-driven tools to cut cycle times and costs. Report to the Transformation Office and partner with leaders to build ROI-driven business cases. Drive a culture of continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This role balances strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution.
What You'll Do9
- 1Map current-state processes across Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Engineering using Lean and Six Sigma.
- 2Redesign workflows to improve cycle time, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance; establish KPIs and dashboards.
- 3Define and evolve an automation strategy aligned with operational excellence; maintain a value-driven roadmap based on ROI and risk reduction.
- 4Partner with functional leaders to identify automation opportunities; assess feasibility for rules-based, data-intensive, and AI-augmentable workflows.
- 5Build ROI-driven business cases including cost savings, productivity gains, and risk mitigation; present recommendations to leadership.
- 6Lead multiple automation initiatives from discovery to deployment; oversee delivery teams implementing UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- 7Expand capabilities into AI-enabled automation, including intelligent document processing and predictive analytics.
- 8Establish governance standards for automation lifecycle management, documentation, and monitoring; align with enterprise architecture and security.
- 9Track KPIs tied to efficiency, adoption, cost reduction, and SLA adherence; build reporting dashboards and conduct value realization reviews.
Requirements7
- 18-10+ years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or automation leadership.
- 2Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- 3Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging intelligent automation technologies.
- 4Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices.
- 5Deep process mapping and root cause analysis expertise.
- 6Financial acumen to build ROI-driven business cases.
- 7Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.
