- 15+ years in QA automation engineering.
- 22+ years of NICE inContact chat and email UI E2E testing experience.
- 32+ years with Cyara for automation E2E testing on NICE inContact.
- 4Strong background in test automation frameworks and tools.
- 5Experience with API testing and RESTful services.
- 6Hands-on with version control and CI/CD tools.
- 7Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
