  • 3Take and defend depositions handle law and motion and appear in state and federal court
  • 4Talk to real clients about harms like financial fraud credit denials and wrongful collections to secure meaningful relief
  • 5Drive outcomes with a full support team including litigation specialists paralegals and tech tools to reduce drudgery

Requirements5

  • 1Active California bar admission
  • 22 8 years of civil litigation experience from any background
  • 3Ability to run a case and close a settlement
  • 4Persuasive communicator in writing and on the phone
