What You'll Do10
- 1Own daily site setup and cleanup across new construction, renovations, and remodels.
- 2Drive a reliable truck to job sites in Miami and Homestead, carrying basic construction tools.
- 3Load and unload materials, organize work areas, and support carpenters and masons.
- 4Execute demolition, framing, drywall, and finishing tasks under supervision.
- 5Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
- 6Communicate with crew leads in Spanish or English to coordinate tasks.
- 7Complete tasks within first 90 days to meet project milestones.
- 8Operate hand and power tools including saws, drills, and levels.
- 9Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing for foundations and slabs.
- 10Adapt to changing schedules and job site needs for full-time employment.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of general construction labor experience.
- 2Reliable truck with insurance and valid driver's license.
- 3Own basic construction tools: hammer, tape measure, speed square, utility knife, and tool belt.
- 4Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- 5Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily.
- 6Comfortable working outdoors in Miami heat and humidity.
- 7Must have steel-toe boots and personal protective equipment.
