What You'll Do10
- 1Develop and update schedules in Primavera P6 using Connico’s templates and standards
- 2Enter durations sequencing logic constraints milestones and progress information under experienced guidance
- 3Create work breakdown structures support baseline tracking and identify schedule variances
- 4Gather quantity cost and resource data for loading and risk analysis
- 5Review architectural civil and engineering drawings to identify sequencing requirements
- 6Identify logic conflicts schedule impacts and communicate findings to senior schedulers
- 7Prepare documentation including milestone summaries sequencing notes and visuals
- 8Maintain schedule data version control and file organization systems
- 9Participate in project meetings reconcile schedules and attend quality reviews
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate timely schedule completion
Requirements9
- 11-3 years of construction scheduling experience
- 2Proficiency in Primavera P6 with active development focus
- 3Foundational knowledge of schedule updates activity logic work breakdown structures baseline tracking and variance identification
- 4Ability to interpret basic architectural civil and engineering drawings
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry
- 6Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively
