What You'll Do10
- 1Build full-cycle recruiting from posting through onboarding coordination for multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- 2Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality construction talent
- 3Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR to understand workforce needs and timelines
- 4Coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through each stage of the hiring process
- 5Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system
- 6Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and quality
- 7Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- 8Maintain relationships with passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- 9Manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities with strong organization and follow-through
- 10Ensure compliance and proper documentation for onboarding and offers
Requirements9
- 1At least 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the construction industry
- 2Experience in a high-volume or rapidly growing organization
- 3Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- 4Ability to manage multiple open positions and shifting priorities
- 5Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- 6Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
- 7Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- 8Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- 9Ability to work from the company’s Atlanta headquarters
