Overview
Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish at MacBracey in Pittsburgh. What You'll Do12
- 1Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
- 2Develop and manage project budgets schedules and cost controls
- 3Create review and execute subcontracts and purchase orders
- 4Communicate project progress risks and milestones with clients and senior leadership
- 5Coordinate with architects engineers consultants owners suppliers field staff and subcontractors
- 6Lead project meetings and maintain detailed project documentation
- 7Create review and approve submittals RFIs change orders and pay applications
- 8Monitor job cost reports and forecast project financial performance
- 9Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and company policies
- 10Collaborate with project superintendent to align site operations with project goals
- 11Attend regular internal meetings for scheduling and project progress updates
- 12Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex commercial construction initiatives
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
- 4Pass drug testing program child abuse FBI and state police background checks
- 5Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices including structural architectural and MEP systems
- 6Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
- 7Excellent financial acumen and cost control skills
- 8Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes effectively
- 9Clear written and verbal communication skills
- 10Strong organizational and time management abilities
- 11Capability to lead and motivate project teams

$83 - $104k per year
