Overview
Senior Construction Project Manager at International Contractors Inc. (ICI) owns the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects from budget through closeout. You will lead preconstruction, set project goals, and manage profit and loss across retail, high-end restaurant, K-12 education, office, or auto dealership builds. What You'll Do10
- 1Collaborate with the Project Team to set and achieve project goals for scope, schedule, and budget.
- 2Prepare profit projections and lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects using Bluebeam and Procore.
- 3Write detailed scopes of work, evaluate bids, and provide value design suggestions.
- 4Own safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes from initial budget through closeout using MS Project and Excel.
- 5Organize project structure while adapting to changes and managing communication across all stakeholders.
- 6Mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle on Procore.
- 7Build lasting client and A/E relationships as part of business development, driving results and repeat work.
- 8Ensure quality construction, safety standards, and proper techniques, including LEED and OSHA compliance.
- 9Estimate and value engineer projects from conceptual budget to construction documents.
- 10Create initial schedules for bidding and detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Requirements10
- 110+ years of proven project management experience on commercial construction projects.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a similar field.
- 3Proven experience in retail, high-end restaurant, K-12 education, office, or auto dealership construction.
- 4Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of managing teams and client relationships.
- 5Expertise in Procore for project documentation and tracking.
- 6Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel for scheduling and cost analysis.
- 7Experience with Bluebeam for estimating and value engineering.
- 8Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LEED green building practices.
- 9Willingness to travel regularly, including out-of-state to job sites.
- 10Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with sound judgment.
