What You'll Do11

- 2Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance and schedule adherence
- 3Conduct site walks pre-construction meetings safety audits and closeout inspections
- 4Coordinate permitting engineering real estate and logistics teams to keep projects on track
- 5Track project milestones using company provided tools coordinate material deliveries equipment staging and access logistics
- 6Support Director of Construction in maintaining project budgets and schedules
- 7Serve as on-the-ground escalation point for field issues and collaborate on resolution strategies
- 8Communicate project status risks and needs clearly to leadership and clients
- 9Document and verify completion of punch lists redlines and closeout packages
- 10Travel throughout regional market to various projects as needed
- 11Solve problems in the field and coach team members
Requirements11
- 15+ years of total telecommunications construction experience including supervisory roles
- 2Knowledge of telecom construction industry such as coax splicing fiber splicing directional drilling and map reading
- 3Experience with aerial and underground construction micro trenching projects
- 4Practical knowledge of network operations and RF/fiber inventory
- 5Ability to estimate bid projects and prepare change orders
- 6Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- 7Experience with Microsoft Office and custom software learning
- 8Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication abilities
- 9Professional demeanor and capacity to learn adapt to change quickly
- 10Ability to manage stress adhere to policies and work flexible hours including evenings weekends
- 11OSHA 10 certification preferred
