What You'll Do9
- 1Review assigned projects to understand scope timelines and requirements
- 2Support planning scheduling and coordination of field operations
- 3Provide direction and support to field supervisors and crews
- 4Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans
- 5Coordinate materials equipment and field resources
- 6Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting
- 7Support submission of production reports timecards and field documentation
- 8Communicate field updates risks and constraints to project managers
- 9Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and PPE requirements
Requirements9
- 13–5 years telecom or construction experience
- 2Prior experience in a field leadership role required
- 3High School Diploma or GED required
- 4Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth
- 5Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- 6Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred
- 7Understanding of UG and aerial equipment tools trucks and drills
- 8Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred
- 9Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
