Construction Inspector - Atlas Dam
Overview
The Construction Inspector leads Atlas Dam projects ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. This role supports the Field Engineer and CCOR while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own daily site inspections and observations to verify CC compliance
- 2Conduct safety monitoring and enforce health standards
- 3Prepare detailed daily weekly and monthly reports with photographic documentation
- 4Measure and document installed quantities for progress payments
- 5Coordinate with CC and FE regarding construction activities
- 6Review and approve submittals and coordinate with government personnel
- 7Monitor CC progress and address compliance issues promptly
- 8Provide written reports within four hours of incidents
- 9Maintain accurate records of site activities and equipment
- 10Attend required meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
- 11Assist in reestablishing piezometers and constructing cutoff walls
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2OSHA Fall Protection certification within three years
- 3Hazard Communication and First Aid training
- 4CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
- 5High School Diploma with relevant experience
- 6Proficiency in concrete inspection and testing
- 7Knowledge of soil properties and aggregate testing
- 8Familiarity with FIST Volume 1-1 and hazardous energy protection
- 9Valid state driver’s license and background check clearance
- 10Current COVID-19 vaccination status
