Own leasing, tenant retention, and client relations for a premier Scottsdale salon. Drive tours, close sales, and manage daily operations at a polished, upscale property. The role reports directly to ownership, with no micromanaging and a supportive, growth-focused culture. You will use Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track leads and manage facility needs.
What You'll Do7
- 1Manage leasing and tenant retention for a Salon portfolio, ensuring 95% occupancy
- 2Drive sales and conduct client tours, converting 70% of tours to signed leases
- 3Build and maintain strong client relations, resolving issues same-day
- 4Oversee day-to-day operations and facility management, coordinating maintenance with Microsoft Outlook
- 5Track all leads and follow-ups in Salesforce, updating records within 24 hours
- 6Prepare weekly sales reports and present to ownership using Excel
- 7Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, handling deposits and inspections
Requirements7
- 12+ years in salon management or leasing role
- 2Salesforce proficiency with daily data entry
- 3Driving a polished, professional image (business casual attire)
- 4Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 5Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 6Must pass background check
- 7Comfortable with computer and phone systems
